Electric Umbrella were featured on BBC Radio 4’s “Cafe Hope”, Radio 4’s virtual coffee shop, where guests join Rachel Burden to chat about what they’re doing to make things better in big and small ways, and celebrate the people making the world a better place.
Our co-founder and CEO Mel Boda, talked to Rachel about how the charity started, and how we empower learning disabled people, through our amazing workshops and show-stopping performances, on stage and in schools, fostering their confidence, skills and leadership potential, celebrating difference and inspiring community connection.
